So much of what I write and share here focuses on the “why” behind how we conduct our lives and getting people to think about why they want what they say they want. This is where I shine and the truth is, most people cannot clearly identify why they want the things they say. Why is hard and the what is easy. From health, peace, happiness, and joy to a new house, more money in the bank or a safe and secure nest-egg, the what’s in life are in limitless supply. But because I focus so much of my writing on the deeper topics and meaning of life, I often neglect to share some powerful ways to actually accomplish the things we set out to achieve.
So this week I’m going to walk you, step by step, through the tactical approach I use at the start of each day to make sure I am not only reaching the goals I have set both personally and professionally, but to be sure I’m being the best human I can be at the same time.
If your life is anything like mine, you feel overwhelmed, a lot! I get it - really, do. At the current moment I am opening a storefront market for my food company, Copow Foods and establishing a 5000 sq. ft distribution kitchen along with it. I am also in the final manufacturing stages of bringing my new functional water brand, Grenius to market (coming early 2024 - and you’re gonna love it!) I’m working on publishing my first book, renovating my 1912 historic home to turn into a Bed and Breakfast in 2025, starting the plans to build our beach home in South Carolina and establishing the CNC-Colors Not Calories Nutrition System to launch in January when our Copow Market opens. Along with those, I’m staying sober, working on my marriage, helping my daughter with her college on-line courses, raising chickens, and improving my own health. No complaints of “I’m too busy” from me though - I wouldn’t live my life any less full. But it is easy to feel overwhelmed. In order for me to stay on top of all these projects and not wear myself down to the bone, I have a dedicated practice in place. Here is it….
