I woke up to see the image of the convoy of truckers lining the streets of the Canadian capital of Ottawa. It brought me to tears. These are the people who bring about truth.
We are living in a time of two distinct realities. The online world and the real, physical world. Those will ill-intent can censor the online world but they cannot censor the real world. They can silence those who are only speaking online but they cannot silence voices in the real world.
This is the beautify of truth. Miraculously, no matter how hard someone tries to silence it, it rises to the surface, somewhere, sometime. Maybe it only surfaces in the conscience of the person who is denying it, or maybe it never surfaces there at all. Maybe it surfaces decades after injustice has been done. Maybe it surfaces in time to set right some of the wrongs lies have caused. No matter what the case, it surfaces eventually.
If you want to bring about truth before devastating damage is done, you have to go out and speak it. Not in the online fantasy world, but in the world in which we all live in.
